NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OFINVESTIGATION RECORDS

Resolution L-455 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission’s Safety and Enforcement Division’s investigation of the fatal fire accident involving Limo Stop Inc., that occurred on May 4, 2013, on the San Mateo Bridge, California; once the investigation is complete.On September 3, 2013, the draft resolution was mailed to the service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code § 311(g) and Rule 14.5 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments shall be served no later than September 23, 2013, and reply comments shall be served no later than September 30, 2013.Resolution L-455 will be on the agenda at the October 3, 2013 Commission meeting.
