Cheryl’s going to tell us about the service lines at Hamilton Relay which has been providing telecommunications relay services for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or have difficulty speaking since 1991. Jackie Wardle United Cerebral Palsy of Central Pennsylvania. Jackie’s presentation concentrates on Pennsylvania's Telecommunication Device Distribution Program (TDDP) which provides specialized telephone equipment, FREE, to eligible Pennsylvanians who have disabilities which impede them from having independent access to landline telephone services.
