AROUND BRAMBLETON Armstrong Direct Debit – Due to a recent bank change, direct debits are taking a little longer than usual to process. The bank is working on having all debits processed today, so the withdraw for assessments will be on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Additional Christmas Tree Recycling Date – The last date to have your Christmas trees picked up for recycling is Wednesday, January 11 th . Please place trees curbside with stands, lighting and all trimmings removed. Trees in excess of 8 feet in length need to be cut in half in order to be removed by AAA crews. No artificial trees will be picked up. If you miss the next recycling date, you can also drop your tree off at a nearby recycling location, free of charge. Creative Dance Center Spots Still Available – Winter Sessions are taking place on Wednesday evenings at the Community Center. The first class started on January 4 th , but there are still spots left. Kids Yoga – A new 6 week kids Yoga session starts Thursday, January 12 th and will run through March 15 th from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.; Ages 3-5; $60/session. Playing By the Rules – Brambleton’s Policy Resolution #8, Use of Lots, Living Units and Common Areas includes some restrictions for the use of Common Areas within Brambleton. We want to remind residents that “Storage of anything is prohibited on the Common Areas” and that “Owners shall not place litter or debris on any Common Areas”. Placement of construction materials, debris or other items, on the Common Area is not permitted. Please ensure that all personal items and any construction or landscaping activities are stored on your Lot. In addition, “No motorized vehicles shall be operated on any of the Common Area open spaces except for those vehicles used by the Association for maintenance purposes.” Residents are responsible for damage to Association Common Areas caused by the actions of members of their household and their service contractors.
