the workshops are at the youth Center.

the workshops will pro-vide training to help the teen in the job application process: resume writing; coaching for the job inter-view; proper interview attire and effective com-munication; and etiquette skills required during an interview.

Will serve as a protocol assistant for the Command Group. Assists the Protocol Officer with determining attend-ees, establishes sequence of events and arranges all requirements such as secu-rity clearances, scheduling facilities, equipment and support personnel, transla-tion coordination, memento exchanges, etc. Ensures time schedules are fol-lowed or are adjusted as needed. At time serves as escort during visit. Monitors the entire visit and makes immediatedecisions and adjustments without inter-ruption or inconvenience to thevisitor. Makes neces-sary ground transportation arrangements’ to and from

hotels and air terminals. Selects and reserves bil-leting accommodations, asneeded. May accom-pany visitors to and from airport conduct tours, etc.Coordinates with proper units and designated staff officers for briefings, con-ferences, and discussions; arranges tours of post facil-ities.
