follow you and trust you a leader must be honest with them. Even when it is information that will be hard for them to hear, it is vital that you speak the truth

leader to be hard working because a leader has to be the example for other people. Persistence is important because there will be times when a leader does not have the answer to a problem and they are going to have to work hard to come up with a solution, rather than give up

• We will than switch and the student will respond to one another.

• We will do this for three rounds
