Frida Kahlo es la pintora latinoamericana más famosa del siglo XX y figura fundamental del arte mexicano. Conoció a Pablo Picasso y André Bretón; fue amiga del revolucionario ruso León Trotsky y del poeta Pablo Neruda. Su casa recibió a escritores, artistas, directores de cine, médicos, políticos, fotógrafos. Diego Rivera, el artista más reconocido del muralismo mexicano y esposo de Frida, la calificó así: “Tu genio está en el cuadro y en tu imagen. Decididamente no hay ningún pintor viviente que pueda hacer lo que tú. Te has echado al pico a toda la raza pintante.”

“Technical skills may be the must, but only passion makes the difference”. The Italian graphic designer Giulio Rossi, working on his studio in L’Aquila , is no doubt a flow of passion, and his works have gained international momentum, reaching out Madonna, who picked up one of this artworks in February 2014 for her Art For Freedom project.After his initial experiments with acrylic paint, ink and charcoal, this autodidact soon jumped onto digital art as his new mean of creativity profusion. His works are pop and iconic, a modernist story telling of a kind of feminine weird beauty and sensuality.

El diseñador gráfico Giulio Rossi, que trabaja en su estudio de L’Aquila, es sin ninguna duda, un torrente de pasión cuyas obras han sido reconocidas a nivel internacional al conseguir que Madonna eligiese una de sus obras en 2014 para su proyecto Art For Freedom. Después de sus primeros ensayos con pintura acrílica, tinta y carbón, éste autodidacta no tardó en probar el arte digital cómo su nueva herramienta para su profusa creación artística. Away from the studio her interests include old children’s books, charity shopping, and petting every dog she meets.

Tel Aviv Based artist, graduated from the art department of Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, and is active in the scene of contemporary surrealism both in Israel and abroad.Draws her inspiration from human relations, the animal world, and memories from childhood.Had her first solo show in December 2013 at Swoon gallery, Los Angeles, and since then has continued to exhibit in galleries abroad.Her choice of technique is acrylic paintings and graphite drawings, with a focus on fantasy driven images, that try to capture the state of existing between dream and reality.
Reside en Israel, se graduó en la Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, y participa activamente en la escena del surrealismo contemporáneo, tanto en Israel como al extranjero. Su inspiración proviene de las relaciones humanas, el mundo animal y los recuerdos de la niñez. Su primera exposición tuvo lugar en diciembre de 2013 en la Swoon Gallery de Los Ángeles, y desde ese entonces, no ha parado de exponer en todas partes del mundo.Su técnica preferida es la pintura acrílica y el dibujo con lápiz, concentrándose en imágenes de fantasía que tratan de captar un estado de la existencia a medio camino entre el sueño y la realidad.

Maria Rozalia Finna
Maria is a Transylvanian born artist based in Melbourne Australia. Her work explores femininity, through psychedelia and surrealism as well as themes of intuition, fertility and the sensitive relationship of the female psyche to nature. Her characters are often anthropomorphic embodiments of natural, physical and esoteric concepts and entities. Through her creative process she shapes abstract and esoteric ideas and beings into living, visceral forms.

Jark Jarut Chanprapanont
A Thai graphic designer graduated Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Arts from ABAC, and Master Degree in Fine Arts in Design at Rangsit University. Jark has worked with some design agencies across Bangkok. In the year 2013 Jark started to work as a graphic designer at Tnop design before working as an independent graphic designer.Apart from commercial design, Jark is also interested in graphic form, geometric shapes and colors. The first graphic print in 2014 is “My Perspective of Frida Kahlo” printed with The Archivists and has exhibited in The Hotel Art Fair 2014. Followed by “My Perspective of Salvador Dali” in the early 2015 and my latest work is “Woodpecker”.
Jark es un diseñador gráfico tailandés graduado con una licenciatura en Artes de la Comunicación Visual por ABAC, y un master en Fine Arts in Design de la Universidad de Rangsit. Ha trabajado en algunas agencias de diseño en Bangkok. En 2013 comenzó a trabajar en calidad de diseñador gráfico en Tnop, y más tarde como diseñador independiente.Además del diseño comercial, se interesa también en las formas geométricas y los colores. Su primera impresión gráfica fue “Mi perspectiva de Frida Kahlo” en 2014, con The Archivists y se exhibió en el Hotel Art Fair en 2014. Siguieron “ My Perspective of Salvador Dalí” a principios de 2015, y el último trabajo es “Woodpecker”.

Ricardo Cavolo
Ricardo Cavolo (Salamanca, 1982) is one of the most international Spanish illustrators. He has exhibited in galleries such as Mad is Mad and Espacio Valverde in Madrid, Atomica Gallery (London), Station16 (Montreal) and Ó! Galeria (Porto).He has also worked on several advertising campaigns and for brands such as Nike, Converse, Coca Cola, Levi’s... and on record covers and sleeves for music labels . As an illustrator he has published several books and a graphic novel with publishing houses such as SM, Periférica, Lunwerg, Límina (Italy) and Madriguera (Peru). Ricardo has participated with his murals in festivals like Mural (Canada), Glastonbury Festival (UK), Cut Out Fest (Mexico) or MULAFEST (Spain), as well as working with Futbol Club Barcelona and has created murals for Urban Outfitters, Cirque du Soleil and YUL Project (Montreal). His work is based on not standard characters living different lives. Using a strong color palette with a sort of naïf way of drawing, contrasting with themes and concepts for adults.
