Friction feeder TYPE MF / CoF2
Selecting the correct type of friction feeder is based primarily on the size of the product and on the output you want. Operation is easy and convenient. Because the technical layout has been meticulously designed, service and maintenance tasks can be performed very easily and in little time. The few parts that are subject to wear and tear can be replaced with a few simple manual motions.

Controller freely confi gurable
Operation of the operator panel with touch screen Housed in an easily accessible and clearly arranged milled housing made of aluminum with a rotating design
Powerful servomotor, controlable up to 240 m/min
Level monitoring in the product magazine with yellow indicator light
Indicator lights: red for feeder fault, green for feeder ready
Separate control cabinet The electrical design of the feeder is clearly arranged and housed in a V2A control cabinet that is decoupled from the device. The supply line to the feeder can be plugged in. Easy transportation or modifi cation for other packaging machines is therefore ensured. The space availability in a packaging line is often very limited so that the control cabinet is located in a niche or under the packaging machine. The length of the supply line can be adjusted accordingly.
Drive unit The drive unit is provided with a cover made of chrome steel and is attached to the left or right side.
Inner width of the feeder adapted to the product The inner width of the feeder can be selected and adapted to the product. The standard widths of 220, 280, 360 and 420 mm can be replaced by special widths if required.
Product magazine 350 mm high, with vibrator on the front stack supports
Inclinable outlet extension
Mechanical friction roller drive with quick release Used to protect the friction rollers. The friction rollers wear evenly resulting in minimal mechanical maintenance.
Adjustment unit for fi ne adjustment of the product height The height of the mechanical friction roller drive and the upper outlet extension arm can be set precisely to a hundredth of a millimeter using the position displays.
