For any assessment (test), in order to enter the Report Center and print it so that you can see each question, its correct answer, and its rationale (explanation), there must be results for that test. If no one has taken the assessment yet, and you wish to review it before administering it, you can enter results yourself simply by logging in to the assessment. To do this, take the following steps. 1. Click your test link to enter the assessment. On the license agreement page, click "I Accept" and the Assessment Login screen will appear. 2. Complete the information in the required fields to and click the Login button.

How do I print an assessment showing questions, correct answers and rationales?

For any assessment (test), in order to enter the Report Center and print it so that you can see each question, its correct answer, and its rationale (explanation), there must be results for that test. If no one has taken the assessment yet, and you wish to review it before administering it, you can enter results yourself simply by logging in to the assessment. To do this, take the following steps.

1. Click your test link to enter the assessment. On the license agreement page, click "I Accept" and the

Assessment Login screen will appear. 2. Complete the information in the required fields to and click the Login button.

3. The Confirm Login Information screen will appear. You do not need to progress any further or answer

any test questions. Simply click the Close button in the upper-right corner of the window to close this window and exit the test. When you check the assessment in the list, you will see that it now has results, indicated by the small magnifying glass icon to the right of the assessment name.

4. Click this magnifying glass icon to enter the Report Center.

5. In the Result Control Panel, click the Go To Report Center button.

6. In the Core Reports screen, under Assessment Reports, click the title “Assessment Printout”.

7. In the Assessment Printout screen, leave the defaults and click Run Report.

Note: If the report won’t run, you may have pop-up blocker software installed on your computer. To enable the report to run, you can temporarily disable the pop-up blocker. Simply hold down the “Ctrl” (Control) key on your keyboard when you click the Run Report button.

8. In a few moments, the test will display in .pdf format, showing the instructions, questions, answer options, and explanations (rationales). The correct answer for each question will be marked with an "X." Click the printer icon in the bottom menu bar to print the test.

Administrators

How do I delete a respondent and respondent’s results? Each time a person logs in to a test, the test application creates results, even if the individual does not answer any of the test questions. To delete an individual respondent and his/her associated test results, take the following steps. Remember: You cannot retrieve a result once it is permanently deleted. 1. Locate the assessment (test) under the Assessment ID heading and click the magnifying glass icon to

view the assessment results. The Assessment Results window opens.

2. In the Results Control Panel, click the View Score Summary button.

3. The Score Summary page for that assessment opens. Find the name of the respondent whose

results you want to delete. Click the magnifying glass icon in the Actions column to edit that respondent's information.

The Respondent Edit window opens.

4. At the bottom of the Respondent Edit window, click the radio button next to "Delete this respondent and his or her results" to select that action. 5. Click Submit. The respondent's results and name will be deleted from the record for that assessment
