Is there a charge? Absolutely not! When should a customer book their Late Lounge zone? We’d encourage them to get online as soon as possible after you have booked their break. The My Warner Table system will close 48 hours before the guests’ arrival date. What if customers choose not to book a zone – will they still get a seat? That’s fine; we understand that there may be a small number of guests who may not be sure of their plans just yet. So, there’ll always be a few tables that aren’t reserved and we’ll allocate one of those on your customer’s behalf. Will customers have to sit with other people? Yes, this may be the case. Due to room layouts and zone availability, they may, on occasions be asked to sit with other guests. However if your customers would prefer not to sit with other guests, please make a note of this in the ‘Special Requests’ box and we’ll do our very best to accommodate their request. My customers need disabled access – which zone is best for me? We’ve tried to make it easy for you and your customers to identify the areas that are accessible with a wheelchair or mobility scooter. These zones are labelled with the following icon .

Welcome to My Warner TableWe’re pleased to introduce you to My Warner Table, a brand new service launched this year at ten of our locations.

Over the years we’ve seen that guests will often dine earlier than they would prefer to, or rush their evening meal rather than miss the opportunity to get a ‘good seat’ for the entertainment.

We now have a solution which will improve your customers’ experience at Warner. By providing the opportunity for guests to reserve a zone in our entertainment venue, they can enjoy a more relaxing dining experience. And then when they’re ready, they can take their reserved seats in the Late Lounge for the evening entertainment. This also means that we can guarantee your customers a better choice of seat the earlier they book their holiday.

How My Warner Table works Once you’ve booked your customer’s holiday, you’ll receive a confi rmation

This confi rmation will detail their unique booking reference number

This reference number and their surname can be used to log into MyWarnerTable.co.uk.

A map of the Late Lounge at their chosen hotel or village will be shown

Your customers must simply choose their zone and hit reserve...easy!

We will then allocate them a seat in their chosen zone

Pass these instructions over to your customers to complete in their own time or reserve their preferred zone for them, it’s up to you! The best thing is, it’s completely FREE!
