FREQUENCY ADVERBS. (Always-usually-often-sometimes-occasionally-rarely- never)
Frequency adverbs describe how often something happens.(Describen cuan a menudo pasa algo)
Example:
People often think that bats are birds, but they are mammals. Wars never solve anything
WHERE DO WE PUT THE FREQUENCY ADVERB IN A SENTENCE?
Put the frequency adverbs between the subject and verb, but after present or past form of verb to be.(am –is- are- was -were) or
Example: Cartoon films are usually entertaining.
They often play music during the break.
They can often stay in the computer lab during the break.
More examples:
A painting often tells a story. I rarely have time to read a newspaper Sometimes it´s best not to say anything She always spells my name wrong

Never rarely sometimes often usually always
Always: Everytime, all the time or forever. (siempre)
Usually or occasionally: In the way that most often happens. (usualmente)
Often: Frequently, many times. (frecuentemente, a menudo)
Sometimes: On some occasions; but not always or often. (a veces)
Rarely: Not often.(no tan a menudo, rara vez, pocas veces)
Never: Not at any time or not on any occasions. (nunca)
