Our 11 hectares of vineyards havebeen cultivated on organic principles since 2002. Our aim is to create real “vins de terroir” – wines that express the true character of theirsurroundings, in soils of limestone and clay based on rock formations that date back 93 million years, and are protected by wooded hills andgarrigues. Hand-picked grapes, natural yeasts, stainless steel vatfermentation and barrel-ageing in new and used French oak barrels.

Master Brewer

Born at the Belle Dalle Manor-Farmhouse, and being a countryman at heart, after 13 years working in the agricultural business for DuPont De Nemours,in 2001, I chose to leave my job to fulfil a dream with my wife, Alexia: createa craft brewery on the “Côte d’Opale” (north of France) and go home to runthe family farm.

Today, we brew ales within traditional methods and using our own barleyproduction (“maritime barley”), giving our beers a local expression. Lastyear, we sold 2,250 Hl, mainly direct at the brewery and on the local market.

Our enterprise values are: “Quality, independence and commitment”.

Château des Hospitaliers is a family estate, acquired in 1978 and located in the commune of Saint-Christol, halfway between Montpellier and Nîmesin the Hérault department of the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Due to thenature of the estate’s environment and a deliberate choice of wanting tosustain the natural balance, the vines are cultivated with maximum respectfor the soil, flora and fauna. The winery, a stone building self-made facility, was developed following HQE (High Environmental Quality) standards.

It was designed to limit the need to handle the wines – always unfavorablefor the quality of the wines (movement by gravity preferred) – and to maintainconsistent temperatures and hygrometry in a maturing environmentcharacterized by patience and attentiveness.

Temperature and hygrometry management is carried out by techniques thatuse minimal levels of energy, such as geothermal Canadian-style wells.

We produce several blends in white, rosé and red.

Working and living inharmony with his values and using the knowledge passed down through thegenerations of his family, he is profoundly convinced that this hard work isthe only path to reap long-term rewards. His ancestors’ knowledge includesthe capital importance of the planting density. The unique results prove that this philosophy is true and it is confirmed over and over with everysingle vintage.

History reports that the first establishments of vineyards are dated from the12th century. The Knights Templar brought the first young vines of négrettefrom Cyprus, after the crusades. In 1970, Jean MOURAT laid the foundationstone of a forward-looking vineyard respectful of the local heritage. His sonJérémie joined him 29 years later to perpetuate the fascinating adventure of“the great vineyard”, as Jean HUGUET, a local historian, liked to call it.

The main grape varieties in our rosé and red wines are pinot noir, négretteand cabernet franc; and chenin-chardonnay for the white ones. In the Mareuilvineyard, we can find two main rock types: rhyolites (volcanic dykes) andshale (compact, soft and foliated rock).

Domaine des Antilles is based in Guadeloupe, a tropical paradise island inthe French Caribbean.

It is specializes in agro-processing and the creation of innovative products. It is in 2010 that Jacques LEPOIGNEUR, a chemical engineer with morethan 30 years of experience, developed a fabulous banana wine, whichseduces worldwide.

Fruit of three years of research, this alcoholic beverage has had success dueto its exotic and original taste. It is obtained by the fermentation of bananas.

The banana wine was recognized with the Innovation Award at SIAL Paris 2010.In 2012, it won the RUP logo, European label of origin and quality.

In 2013, La Banane started making its foray onto the international market(USA, Brazil, China ...). The packaging was entirely reworked and nowhighlights the tropical aspects and classiness of the drink.

Domaine Jourdain is a family vineyard of 25ha settled on slopes of the Cher Valley to the south of Loire River. This land has supported the family of Francis JOURDAIN for several centuries. Some of his ancestors cut thestone: famous rifle flints used by Napoleon’s armies; others grew grapes and made wine. Today, we naturally look after this terroir. Harmony andbalance are our key words for vine growing and winemaking. Thus, we use traditional know-how and modern techniques that makes possible amonitoring of the wines from the lees to the bottling.

Family-run business set up in the early 1900s. We own six châteaux in AOP Blaye-Côtes-de-Bordeaux and Côtes-de-Bourg. Our main goal is toproduce excellency. We respect our heritage, and sustainable viticulture is the basis of everything we do, in order to reconcile mankind and nature. Our wines are the reflection of their terroirs. They offer a large range ofemotions and sensations.

Our historical market has been Normandy, where 16,000 clients taste every day our wines. We are also present in China and our goal is to reachNorth America markets.

The Dulon family has been making wine from father to son for more than250 years, although there was one generation when a member of the familybecame a miller (the mill that still stands next to the house is the proof).

When Jean DULON founded the property, there were only 12 hectares; todayMichel DULON manages 140 hectares. The Vignobles Dulon are located inthe Entre-Deux-Mers and Saint-Emilion of Bordeaux. Mr and Mrs DULONare the owners of four vineyards, which are spreading over the villages ofSoulignac, Targon, Langoiran and Vignonet.

The exceptional orientation of these vineyards and the special terroirsprovide perfect conditions to produce great wines.
