You want to learn French, improve your French, specialize in French as part of your university studies, your job, your university mobility project and/or your professional mobility project. The French Language Center offers you a training program adapted to your needs, at elementary, intermediate, advanced and specialized levels, according to the criteria of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Our staff of teachers is composed of qualified professionals who have a solid experience in teaching French as a foreign language. The pedagogy implemented is based on a communicative and interactive approach.

CHIDLREN COURSThis course aims to introduce children to the French language through fun activities: games, songs and stories.
Each session is composed of multiple entertaining activities in order to hold the attention of young learners.
The introduction to French involves learning the basics close to the children’s universe, i.e. learning to count, learning vocabulary by theme, such as the body, the family, animals, objects in the house, colors, etc.
These courses are available only on demand. A minimum of 12 learners is required to open a course. Please ask at the reception desk when the children’s classes are open.

FRENCH COURSES FOR COMPANIES
Are you a company, an organization, an institution? Do you want to train your staff in French for professional purposes? This option of courses is intended for individual participants or groups of executives of companies, managers of organizations, administrations or institutions, with specific learning objectives and limited learning time in order to communicate effectively in French in the context of their professional activity.With you, we identify and analyze training needs to propose a tailor-made program in terms of levels, objectives & content, means, duration, rhythm & frequency, and financing.
SPECIALIZED FRENCH TRAINING
These courses are intended for people who wish to be operational in a field within their sector of activity (diplomacy, banking, tourism, secretarial, legal, medical, ...) in order to communicate effectively and accurately.
TRAINING IN FRENCH ON SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES (FOS)
These courses are intended for individual participants or groups of individuals with specific learning objectives and limited deadlines in order to communicate effectively in French in the context of their professional activity, namely:writing techniques, professional writings (letter, e-mail,...), speaking in meetings with graphical presentation, and the use of the telephone in a professional context.

EXPERTISE AND TRAINING IN THE PEDAGOGY AND DIDACTICS OF FRENCH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
The French Institute also offers its expertise and training in the field of teaching, learning and evaluation in French as a Foreign Language (CEFR level, action perspective, various pedagogical approaches, global simulation, etc.) to institutions that wish so.
MANY COMPANIES HAVE ALREADY USED OUR SERVICES

FRENCH LANGUAGE DIPLOMAS: DELF - DALF
WHAT ARE DELF AND DALF DIPLOMAS?DELF and DALF are official diplomas issued by the French Ministry of Education to certify the French language skills of foreign candidates and French nationals from non-French-speaking countries who do not hold a French public secondary or higher education diploma.
The 6 diplomas that make up the DELF and the DALF are completely independent.
Thus, the candidate, depending on her/his level, can register directly for the exam of her/his choice: DELF A1 / DELF A2 / DELF B1 / DELF B2 / DALF C1 / DALF C2.
At each level, the 4 skills to be evaluated are: oral comprehension and oral production, written comprehension and written production.
The DELF B2 and/or the DALF C1 / C2 allow you to enter all French universities (provided you have the required academic level).
WHO CAN REGISTER?Anyone over the age of 16 who wishes to officially validate their language level.
THESE DIPLOMAS ARE ACQUIRED FOR LIFE.The certificates of achievement for the DELF and DALF are recognized by the CampusFrance procedure.

FRENCH LANGUAGE TESTS
TCF TEST DE CONNAISSANCE DU FRANÇAISFor those who wish to evaluate their French language skills for personal, academic, or professional reasons.
TCF DAPFor students who wish to enter a Bachelor’s degree in a French university or a French school of architecture.
TCF FOR ACCESS TO FRENCH NATIONALITYYou must prove your level of French when applying for French nationality.
TCF QUEBECFor those who want settle permanently in Quebec and need to have their level of French assessed as part of their immigration procedure.
TCF FOR THE RESIDENT CARD IN FRANCEFor those who wish to prove their level of French in order to obtain a long-term resident card or a “long-term resident - EU” card.
TCF CANADAFor those who wish to settle permanently in Canada (outside the province of Quebec) and who need to have their level of French assessed as part of the economic immigration process or to obtain Canadian citizenship.

THE MEDIA LIBRARY OF THE FRENCH INSTITUTE
The Media Library offers regularly updated collections, a reading area, a press corner and free access to computer stations. The media library provides you with documents in all fields of knowledge: 9,000 books, 17 press titles, 500 DVDs, games and audio books, not to mention Culturethèque, the online library for all ages.
There is also a children’s library for children from 6 to 11 years old, with albums, novels, comics, magazines, CDs and DVDs... Not to mention workshops and activities all year long!

HOW TO REGISTER
REGISTRATION TIMES
To complete your registration at the Regional French Institute of Sudan (IFRS), you have 3 steps to follow:
Step 1: Read the terms and conditions You may find more details in our terms and conditions page on our website: Cours > Infos Pratiques > Conditions Générales de Vente.
Step 2: complete the form You may check the registration form, visit our website: Cours > Infos Pratiques > Inscriptions.
Step 3 : Pay the feesOnce you are aware of the details of the courses, you can make the payment in order to confirm your registration. A receipt will be issued.
During the registration periods, you are welcomed to come and register at the following times:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm AND 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Saturday - from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
