Arico’s Air Blast Freezer is capable of rapidly reducing the temperature and

freezing a wide range types of food stuff, thus eliminates the risk of slow freezing.

Products are placed onto the aluminum perforated trays which are stacked to the

tray supports or trolleys. The products will be quickly frozen by high speed

circulated air streams blew directly from the cooling fans over the product surfaces.

The freezer cabinet provides separate compartments with separate doors for

convenient handling (loading, unloading) ideally for batch freezing. The structure

is designed for extended run times between defrosts, easy access for visual

inspection, cleaning and servicing.
