FREEDOM OF INFORMATION WRITTEN REQUEST

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am requesting the following information, pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of

Information Act, also known as Act 442 of 1976. I am requesting access to and copies of the

following:

1) Please provide a COPY of the PUBLIC RECORDS and DOCUMENTATIONS that

evidences the complete job description of officers, David Rios, Badge #257,

Lawrence Poullard, Badge #672, John Mcleod, badge # 514, Derek Jones, Badge

#3693 and Vicotria Shaw, Badge #I-149, who appear to be employed by the for

profit charter corporation of Detroit City of / Wayne County, Michigan.

2) Please provide a COPY of the OATHS Of OFFICE for officers, David Rios, Badge

#257, Lawrence Poullard, Badge #672, John Mcleod, badge # 514, Derek Jones,

Badge #3693 and Vicotria Shaw, Badge #I-149, who appear to be employed by the

for profit charter corporation of Detroit City of / Wayne County, Michigan for the

years of 2000 and 2001.

3) Please send a COPY of the PUBLIC RECORDS, THAT EVIDENCE, the exact legal

and lawfully promulgated OFFICAL procedure, enacted by the legislature (enacting

clause, statutes, session laws, legislative certification and Common Law Rules),

that commands the Detroit Police Department, a for profit chartered Corporation, to

take a prisoner, arrested without a warrant, directly to a magistrate and any Public

Records relating to the compliance with those commands, for the years 2000 and

2001.

4) Please send a COPY of the PUBLIC RECORDS, THAT EVIDENCE, charters,

enacts, brings into law, leases, statutes, notices or anything other documentation

involving the lawful creation and continuing operation of the Detroit Police

Department and its officers operating within the city limits of Detroit and the

continued compliance with those same charters, enacting clauses, laws, leases,

statutes, notices or anything other documentation.

I agree to pay reasonable statutorily prescribed duplication fees for the processing of this

request, pursuant to the provisions in the Freedom of Information Act. Please, expedite this

request to the address above. If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all

denials in writing, by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
