Just confirm that codes of IDM are saved in Hosts file. and if they are saved thennothing toworry about just fill out registration forumoncemore and itwon't appearagain.

IhavealsoupdatedmyIDMtoBuild12andeverything is fineasalways.goo.gl/N6J7EaItseemsthatyourhostsfileissomehowdisturbed.SofirstlookatyourhostsfileandifIthasallthoseessentialcodesProperlythenyouneedtodeleteold files by following abovemethod and rewrite theHosts file and installlatestIDMandregisterit.
