• Come prepared for a long day with food, warm clothing and any daily medications

About the ClinicDENTAL: Cleanings, fillings, extractions and X-rays

VISION: Vision screening, complete dilated eye exams, glaucoma screening, diabetic retinopathy, reading glasses and prescription eyeglasses (delivered at a later date)

MEDICAL: Physical exams, PAP smears, mammograms, X-rays, EKGs, ultrasounds, select lab tests, rapid HIV and hepatitis testing, foot care, wound care, flu shots, naturopathic and chiropractic care, acupuncture, behavioral health, nutrition and pharmacy counseling, screening for diabetes and hypertension

How Do I Get Into the Clinic?

• The Seattle Center Exhibition Hall, where tickets are distributed, opens at 12:30 AM each day (see seattlecenter.org/patients for a map and details).

• Limited admission tickets, for that day only, will be distributed starting at 5:00 AM in line order. One ticket per person.

• The first patients will be admitted to the Clinic in KeyArena by ticket number starting at 6:30 AM.

How Should I Prepare for the Clinic?

Please be advised that this will be a long day and you are responsible for your needs.• Bring food and beverages and any medications you may need throughout the day.• Wear comfortable clothing.• Leave pets at home unless they are service animals.• Patients under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during

registration and services. Exceptions may be made for youth ages 13 and above who are not in contact with a parent or legal guardian.

Will Someone Speak My Language?

• Interpretation services will be available to assist patients throughout the Clinic.

What Happens Once I Enter the Clinic?

• Because of the large number of patients, you cannot seek care in dental and vision on the same day.

• Patients can wait in line for an admission ticket on another day for additional services.• We will collect basic personal information including name, age, height, weight and

medical history.• In each service area (dental, vision or medical) you will wait your turn in line and will

be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.• Once you enter the clinic, you will be given identification to allow you to leave and

re-enter the building for that day only. However, if you are in line for a service, you will lose your place by leaving the building and will need to go to the end of the line for that service when you return.

What Services Will NOT Be Provided?

DENTAL: Bridges, complex extractions including wisdom teeth, dentures, implants, orthodontics, root canals on molars, sedation, teeth whiteningVISION: Contacts, sunglassesMEDICAL: Biopsies, casts, CT scans, stitches/sutures, immunizations other than flu shots, flu shots for children under 18 years of age, admission to a treatment facility, MRIs, new prescriptions for behavioral health medications

Narcotics will not be used or prescribed. Authorization for medical marijuana will not be provided.
