HOW DOES IT WORK?1. your Advance Registration must be received no later than 19th April 2013. you will be registered for the cabin and cruise of your choice, subject to availability. Advance Registrations will be taken in the order they are received, so if your first choice of cabin has already been registered by another passenger, you will be allocated your second choice instead (should neither be available we will automatically allocate a cabin within the same grade). The sooner we receive your registration, the better the chance that we can give you your first choice.2. Our 2014 Launch Brochure will be sent to you upon release (planned for w/c 22nd April). Following this you will be sent an invoice to confirm your booking details. At this stage you will need to pay the deposit detailed with your confirmation.3. If you change your mind, you will be given 21 days from the date of the invoice to cancel. All cancellations must be made in writing. Alternatively, you can transfer your booking to another cruise within the 2014/15 Launch Brochure. If you choose to transfer your cruise after this 21 day period,

administration fees will be applicable as per FOCL’s main Terms and Conditions, as detailed in our current worldwide brochure and on our website.4. Once the booking is confirmed, you may transfer it to a travel agent of your choice, but this must be done in writing and within 21 days from the date of the invoice.

These cruises are not listed on our website. We would kindly request that you do not contact us for further information as we regret that we will be unable to assist you. Fuller information will be included in the Launch Brochure which will be sent to Oceans members upon release.

If you are an Oceans member, you will receive the 5% Oceans Loyalty Discount, subject to Club terms and conditions. Please include your Oceans membership number when completing the registration form. If your first and second choice of cabin numbers are not available, we will automatically allocate you a cabin within the same grade requested, as close as possible to your first choice of cabin. If you would like us to call you to discuss alternatives before allocating a cabin in this instance, please tick the box on the online registration form. If you do not specify a cabin number, we will allocate any cabin number within the grade specified.
