Using the Internet
Given the large amounts of information available on the internet, finding exactly what one is looking for can be difficult. This pamphlet will allow you to quickly and easily locate relevant information for cancer survivors.
Although many organizations provide different types of resources, relevant information on the internet for cancer survivors generally includes:
� General information about cancer � Information on coping strategies as well as online survivor support networks
� Economic aid � Lifestyle strategies and quality of life information
The next few pages are a list of websites of all the organizations that offer information or online services for cancer survivors. You can explore these websites yourself to see what they offer.
If you are looking for specific information or services, the table on pages 8 - 9 can help you identify a website that hopefully covers the topic you are looking for.
