Directions: 1. Choose the virtue which your poster will illustrate and read

Franklin’s explanation of it again carefully.2. Brainstorm about all the other words, ideas, and/or beliefs which

that virtue denotes.3. Write a paragraph which would persuade others to uphold that

virtue; include the benefit(s) of that virtue.4. Choose a historically famous person who is or could be associated

with your chosen virtue.5. Choose art materials for your project. Will you use markers,

crayons, colored pencils, 3-D objects, colored paper, printed pictures?

6. Organize your virtue’s title, your persuasive paragraph, and images of your chosen historical figure onto a small poster board, so that the end product is an effective advertisement for your chosen virtue.
