CENTENNIAL CQX SERIES

New Product Introduction: Centennial

Craftsmanship and elegant form define the allure andluxury of this traditional design

When you think about a ‘Traditional’ Kitchen you are envisioning what stillremains the most popular design in the US today. Each detail is a tribute totraditions and treasures passed down from one generation to the next. Thiskitchen displays a sense of history and fundamentally portrays a luxurious

elegance.

Traditional kitchens remain desirable because they are calm, familiar andwork for every demographic (age, socioeconomic, etc). In this setting youwill find graceful shapes and fixtures with a curvaceous contour. Atraditional design is a functional and inviting atmosphere.

The new Franke Centennial sink is all of this and more. Just as traditionaldesign is defined: the edges are soft, smooth and blend into the whole.

The Centennial is the very first Franke sink that was conceptually designedfrom beginning to end in the United States, yet still manufactured inAarburg, Switzerland. The purpose was to capture the essence of the UShome owner. In our Centennial year it is only fitting that we commemoratethe classic ‘D-bowl’, with a redefinition of this traditionally styled bowl.

Today’s traditional kitchen is a renaissance of this design with a fresher, brighter sense of style, yet still maintains that intimation of old tradition andfamily history. This family history and the lifestyle of the Franke consumer is

what we strive to capture.

The updated version of this traditional sink brings classic lines andarchitecture coupled with the undeniable luxury, functionality and qualitythat people have come to expect from Franke.

Centennial Shelf Grid

The Centennial shelf and bottom grids will be available in coatedand uncoated versions.

You will note that there is no Franke Integral Ledge in theCentennial sink. It was simply “too busy” for the design. Thereforewe incorporated the grid into the scalloped edge of the top of thesink. This still enables the user to ergonomically lift the workingspace or dry dishes if so desired.

Centennial Cutting Board

The Centennial symetrical cutting boards are another first forFranke.

This allows the user to flip the board to the right or to the left side, depending on the chore at hand.

These boards are the quintessential ‘jewelry for the sink’. Werecommend that those who select the sink, purchase two cuttingboards at the same time. Since they are symetrical, there couldn’tbe a more beautiful (literally) way to cover up the entire sink when

it’s not being used. Whether it be for added countertop space or tohide the unsightly dirty dishes.
