Responsible for verifying several types of contractual documents in order to assure the Panama Canal’s specifications were met.

Receiving, reviewing and distributing of both electronics Submittals and their pertaining hardcopies.

Generating and structuring reports for the Project Control and Claims Team, to assist the Panama Canal’s grounding for different arbitrations and hearings.

Assisting on research to comply with document requests, preparing technical memorandums, and Panama Canal’s external lawyers inquires.

Keeping close tracking on all outgoing documents, emails and memorandums going to the Panama Canal external lawyers and experts.

Reviewing, updating and housekeeping of the internal SharePoint libraries, in order to assure compliance with all procedures and instructions.

Training, explanation and direct communications in regards with our documentation and data base systems directly with external lawyers and experts.
