Prime Location with carpet area minimum 700 - 800 sq. feet.

Institution headed by Energetic, Responsible, Sincere, Sound financial

background and Good managerial candidate.

Responsible for legal authorization of any software installed at their

branchs computer.

Base phone connectivity.

Complete Manpower: 8 person minimum in starting (1 Branch manager,

3 faculty (separate for each course), 1 receptionist, 1 marketing person, and 1

office boy in starting).

Infrastructure :

Separate Classroom with sitting capacity of 12 students with whit

board and foldable Armrest chair.

Separate Practical Classroom with 5- 6 Pentium4 or dual core level

Computer System and one printer.

NECESSARY

Franchisee has to maintained Approved Color code in Campus.

Franchisee has to purchase Student kit from the Head Office.

Franchisee has to purchase Franchisee Kit from the Head Office.

Franchisee cannot run other programme without written permission.

Franchisee has to participate in all Meetings, Induction, Activity, Tour, and

Placement Campaign etc. by pay the requisite share.

Main Signboards Flax will be given by Head Office in Launch Kit. Franchisee

cannot use any other signboard without written permission. No any misleading

words will be used in any board or display area.

Advertisement for the courses should not contain any other courses of any other

Organization in the same advertisement. No False promises or exaggeratedassurance to be given in the advertisement or convinced verbal.

A Performa for advertisement will be given for an idea of the pattern in which the

advertisement should be published. However, if the franchisee desires to give

advertisement in a more creative way, necessary approval will be mandatory and

must be obtained from the program co-ordinator.

The Franchisee must exercise all necessary precautions while giving their

advertisement before releasing it in Print or Electronic Media.

If Franchisee wants to shift the location, it should be informed to co-ordinator

minimum two months before and written permission is must for new location.

All necessary files and registers as guided by Head office , should always be

maintained and up to date.

Franchisee must maintain proper records of financial transactions i.e. of income &

expenditure made etc.

Franchisee or its members should not be indulged in any illegal, antisocial,

antinational, racical or similar objectionable activities.

Co-ordinator shall be free to modify the norms time to time.

In the case of not maintain these norms, co-ordinator has right to terminate the

franchisee with immediate effect and co-ordinator permits the students to transfer

their registration to any other suitable franchisee nearby where vacancies exist to

accommodate them.
