Since its launch in 2012, the franchise model has been proven, tried and tested by over 40 UK based franchisees. These franchise partners come from all walks of life, varying backgrounds, work histories and business ambitions.

What is Clear BrewClear Brew provides a fully managed, regular, dedicated beer line cleaning service to many of the UK’s licensed premises. Our specialist equipment and fully trained technicians enable us to clean both keg and cask lines, maintaining dispense quality on a regular 3 weekly cycle.

The Franchise OpportunityAfter extensive research, we formulated our franchise package and actively started our recruitment drive. To date we have an ever-expanding network currently covering over 50% of the UK. The brand is now recognised as the UK’s leading independent beer line cleaning service.

FeeThe current fee of £17,500 + VAT for a renewable 5 year contract includes the package listed below plus arrangement of the franchise agreement, Trade Mark licencing assignments and a complete operations manual.

Earning Potential What can be achieved in terms of income? Some franchisees are happy to reach a certain level on their own, comfortable with the income generated from their business. Others continue to drive their business forward by being proactive with developing their database of clients, employing staff and setting sales targets. Whichever route you decided to take, you can do so in the knowledge that we will continue to support you in helping you achieve your goals.

During the first three months of operating there are no management fees and several inhibitors and chemicals are supplied free of charge. This allows new franchisees to commence trading with no added costs. The figures demonstrated illustrate typical examples as experienced by the franchisor in their own operation and the gross profit figure includes all management fee costs. There are no guarantees that the level of

clients will be achieved by all new franchisees and the level of gross profit achieved in example two will differ depending on the wages supplied to the extra employee. The example demonstrates £30 per outlet at 20 outlets. Full income streams, royalty payments and how to achieve targets will be discussed during negotiations and during the training course. NB. Figures stated are projection once the business has been established (i.e. not necessarily within the first year).

How to get your Business Started5 simple steps to follow in order to start your very own Clear Brew franchise business:

1. ENQUIRYContact us either by phone, email or through the website. We let you know if the region you wish to operate in is available and provide you with an information pack that outlines the service and hte franchise offering.

2. RESEARCHWhilst we are confident that the service we provide is in demand on a national level, we still encourage prospective business owners to carry out some research in their local area. It is prudent to research the demands starting a new business will place upon an individual and ensure you have what it takes to start your own enterprise.

3. MEETINGCome and meet us to have some initial discussions. Here we can answer any further questions and establish if it is the right fit for both parties. You are also given the opportunity to speak to other franchisees and look through legal documentation.

4. TRAININGVisit the beautiful county of Cornwall, at our expense, to take part in a four day training course. This will bring you up to speed with all things Clear Brew and allow you to practice cleans at live establishments. Once training is complete, you will walk away with your own Clear Brew uniform and everything you need to get going.

5. LAUNCHYou are no ready to start your very own Clear Brew business. Don’t worry, at this stage we fully understand the need to provide ongoing support. Alongside the other franchisees, we will be available to lead you through the early stages of your launch.

Whilst this provides a guideline to start your own business, it doesn’t stop there. We provide constant support throughout the entire period of your franchise ownership and encourage ongoing communication through monthly conference call meetings and a bi-anual off-site franchise conference.
