Saint Michel’s church is a gothic church from the XVth century

Rue Ravier was a trading street. We can see a XVth century house with a shop

The townhall has a special roof. It was built by prussian prisonners of the 1870 war.

Today Morestel is a 4500 inhabitants town. It used to be a rural and agricultural area. It is at the crossroads of big cities as Lyon, Grenoble, Chambéry. Many inhabitants work in Lyon and live here.
