Thank you for being a part of the 9th annual Frankfort Film

Festival! We are looking forward to another year of movies that will excite you, move you, make you think and take you to another place – perhaps even out of your comfort zone. These movies explore everything from the aftermath of World War II, our banking system, racial injustice, not to mention the worlds of culinary competitiveness, swing dancing, art and rap music.

The 2017 festival has nineteen films: thirteen feature films, four documentaries and two shorts. Our lineup includes thrillers, comedies and dramas alike. We will also screen the top three contenders from the Frankfort 48 and an Interlochen short. All of our movies are award- winning films from festivals around the world including submissions from the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Denmark, Egypt, Sweden, France, Spain and Mongolia.

We hope you enjoy your weekend in beautiful Frankfort. There is so much to do! Browse our shops, dine in our restaurants, enjoy our spectacular beach and of course, watch some great movies!

Enjoy the show!
