organisation run by students and recent graduates of
institutions of higher education. Its members are
interested in world issues, leadership and
management.
AIESEC is the global youth network impacting the world through leadership
development experiences. AIESEC has been facilitating experiential learning,
international internships (Global Talent) an volunteer experiences (Global
Citizen) for over 65 years, developing a global learning environment across 126
countries and territories.

Member Committee (National Office)
Comprising of 15 full-time employed executives, Member
Committee are responsible for the alignment in direction with
AIESEC International as well as strategy and operation
management of local commitees. The selection of Member
Commitee begins after the election of new President in January.
The applications are open not only to the membership of AIESEC
in Vietnam but also to other AIESEC countries around the world.
Local Committee (Branch)
They are volunteer-based groups that have members coming
from different universities. These members are the frontier of
organization that operating AIESEC exchange programmes. In
every local committee, there is also an Executive Board
comprising of 6-8 senior members.

Since 2013, AIESEC started to approach FPT Software as a potential long-term partner.
After 6 months follow up by Ms. Trang Phan, AIESEC FTU HCMC & FPT Software first signed
contract of 10 candidates in 2013 for FPT Software Ho Chi Minh, AIESEC has been initially bringing
9 interns to the company with various countries such as: Netherland, India, Ukraine, Ghana, Poland,
India, Colombia, Peru.
After 1 year of cooperating & the alignment of vision to provide opportunity to develop Leadership
& favorable working environment, in October 2014, FPT Software decided to continue &
expand the coordination with the contract of 22 candidates in 2014 – 2015 in 3 regions of
Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Da nang City.
There are 17 interns have came to Vietnam and worked for FPT Software in last 1 year and
currently there are 5 interns in HCM and 5 interns in Ha Noi.
2.2014 Signed contract after 6 months follow-up, agree 10 candidates (Ms. Trang)
6.2014 After matched 3 interns, Ms. Trang head, Ms. Thu continued the legacy
Ms. Thu continued to match 8 TNs within 2 months. Create a very huge jump for
AIESEC FTU HCMC. IT Market is exclusive for FPT Software.
FPT Software and AIESEC agreed the contract of 22 candidates in 2014-2015 in 3
regions of Vietnam: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang. FPT become the biggest

Ms. Thu head, there was new team from AIESEC work with FPT Software.
Phase 1/2015 only delivered 4 Matched / 22. The reason due to new team is lack
of products understanding delay results. Weak support and transition from old
team.
However, there are still 3 Realized regarding to results from last phase.
Mr. Huy became Account Manager of FPT Software. Divide OC Global
Recruitment to separate products (IT, MT & ET) to boost results.
However, until now there are only 2 Matched as a whole.
Interns Service problems in FPT HCM also.

On 06/11/2015, AIESEC FTU HCMC organized the Networking Event for the first time with the topic: ‘Adapt
Globalization Trend by Globalizing Workforce’.
AIESEC would like to express deepest gratitude to Ms. Ta Thi Kim Ngan – Human Resource Manager of
FPT Software for joining the event and had an inspired speech about the globalization in FPT Software.
A Video clip was made to remark the 1-year Partnership
between AIESEC & FPT Software and was shown on the
Networking Event.

Vietnam Youth To Business Forum 2015 is the annual premiere event
powered for the 7th time by AIESEC in Vietnam that brings together
both Vietnamese youth and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector
and multigenerational space for inspiring conversations around
“Purpose driven Generation”.
In the last one year, the cooperation between AIESEC and FPT Software have expanded to the Event Partner,
especially AIESEC ‘s Event, which is Vietnam Youth to Business Forum and Networking Event. AIESEC
would like to express greatest gratitude towards FPT Software for the very kind support and priceless
contribution towards the success of AIESEC ‘s Event and hope more success would come in the future.

Since April, 2014, there are 14 interns experienced with FPT Software from all over the world such as India,
Holland, Ukraine, Colombia, Malaysia, Ghana, Egypt, Argentina, … However, with the limit of Human
Resources, Talent Capacity and Synergy, there was several problems about Quality of interns. On behalf of
AIESEC, we promise to try our best to maintain and improve the best quality for interns for both interns in
HCMC and Hanoi in the future.
