IntroductionThis is a complete wireless system which will help us in detecting the pattern of spreading fire in a hospital. This mechanism will help the fire fighters in understanding the direction of spreading fire.During a fire breakout this system will also tell us whether any patient is admitted in a particular ward or not.
Operating PrincipleLet us consider that a temperature detector has been placed in every room, so if the temperature rises then the sensor detects it and transmit a wireless signal at a particular frequency f1 to the control room which is indicated by a LED glow. Now if that fire spreads in another room then another signal will be transmitted at frequency f2.So the pattern of that spreading fire can be monitored. But still there is a problem. If there are 100 rooms then 100 transmitters and receivers will be needed!!!!

ThermistorIt has a resistance of 13.7K at 30C.It is a NTC type thermistor.
Thermistor as sensing deviceThermistor is a contraction of term thermal resistor. Thermistor are generally composed of semi- conductor materials.The thermistor which were used in FPS are NTC type. NTC refers to the negative temperature coeficient, where resistance decreases with increase of temperature. Therefore the thermistor exhibits a highly non linear characteristic of resistance versus temperature.

ADVANTAGESTHE ADVANTAGE OF FPS IS THAT IT INCREASED RELIABILITY AND THE ABILITY TO PLACE ALARM EXACTLY WHERE IT IS NEEDED.THE WIRE FREE,RADIO FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IS A UNIQUE ALTERNATIVE TO THE COST AND POTENTIAL DAMAGE.IN WIREFREE,RADIO FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IT IS EASY TO LOCATE THE FAULT AND AID IN FINDING ITS CAUSE AND SOLUTION.CABLES IN THE BUILDING RESULTS IN UGLY SURFACE WIRING OR DAMAGE TO DECORATION CAUSED BY THE INSTALLATION OF CONCEALED WIRING.
