SPARK YOUR ENTHUSIASM.Torn between performance and fuel effi ciency? Don’t be. Cobalt’s ECOTEC engines let you have it both ways. The revised 155 horsepower all-

aluminum dual overhead cam 2.2L engine in LS and LT models receives Variable Valve Timing (VVT) that boost both power output and fuel

effi ciency signifi cantly. In addition, for 2009, there’s the Extra Fuel Effi ciency Cobalt LS XFE model. It’s equipped with the 5-speed manual

transmission, with extra fuel effi ciency that accrues from a shift indicator light, lower rolling resistance tires and a lower 3.63 fi nal drive ratio.

Together these features help Cobalt LS XFE achieve an enviable 5.4 L/100 km highway and 8.0 L/100 km city ratings.* The new 260
