SEASON’S GREETINGS! On behalf of the team at Four Seasons Sayan,
I am glad to welcome you and your family to Bali this festive

There’s nothing quite like escaping to a tropical island over
the festive season, and enjoying quality time together on a true
holiday. We cannot make it snow, but we have done everything in our
power to bring the festive ambience to the Sayan Valley with an
extensive program of culinary events and activities for all
ages.
The Balinese consider a new year a time for cleansing and
purification, to restore balance and harmony. I hope you enjoy the

SANTA’S RIVERSIDE ARRIVAL & MAGIC SHOW25 DECEMBER | 11am –
12 noon
Our magician will gather all the children (big kids are welcome
too) at Jati Bar for a magic show before leading them down to
Riverside Cafe to see Santa arrive on the banks of the Ayung River.
The fun continues at Pici Pici Kids Club with festive sweets and
gifts, and a photographer to take photos with Santa.

Join us for a lavish barbeque dinner accompanied by live jazz
and carols from our Christmas choir. Savor a wide selection of

An insightful evening into the art, food and culture of the Ubud
village awaits you. This special event features cuisine normally
reserved for important festivals and ceremonies in Balinese-Hindu
life, including a fresh Ubud-style suckling pig prepared over an
open wood fire. The experience is enhanced with a selection of
freshly grilled items cooked over a live charcoal grill. Bebek
Betutu, Balinese roast duck, is not to be missed.

Christmas classics bring the flavours of home to
Ayung Terrace with our Christmas Eve Buffet. The
only question is, who will get the wishing bone?

Dutch colonial period and is a banquet-style dining experience. The

followed by a meal of some 40 dishes from various regions of

traditionally dressed ladies.

Fresh seafood is a highlight of dining in Bali, and our chefs
