DESCRIPTION
The fountain is opened on April, 28th 2006 opposite to the Tretyakov gallery. Local residents have already nicknamed it «the Fountain of arts». A gift of the government of Moscow to the 150 anniversary of the State Tretyakov gallery. Sculptors: A.I.Rukavishnikov, F.A.Rukavishnikov.
