Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) is a state non-profit organization established in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No.65 dated 03.02.1994

The key objectives of the Foundation are fulfillment of intellectual potential of the country, support of young scientists and assistance in implementation of research findings

Major tasks of the Foundation are:

Involvement of young people into the innovation process

Support of start-ups

Creation of new and development of existing high-tech companies, commercialization of research findings

Assistance in high-tech sectors of the economy (business diversification, cooperation of small and large enterprises)

Support of export-oriented companies
