The traditional preparation for colonoscopy takes about a day and includes: diet, usage of laxatives, fluids, rectal enema, however during the colonoscopy it is revealed that almost one third of patients [1-6] have large bowel’s walls and cavity polluted by fecal material.

Retrograde method of colon washing via a tube introduced into “sigma”, does not provide an expected effect due to physical reasons; a surprise of enema at colonoscopy may be non-evacuated fluid.

The product of this research is Antegrade method of colon washing. It is based on the complex Intestinal intubator with drain and irrigator - see section 1. It is proved that the complex ensures: 1. atraumatic transanal intubation of entire large bowel, 2. antegrade fluid flow - from caecum to rectum, 3. guaranteed emptying of large bowel.

direction of invaginator’s eversion. In case of uncontrolled intubation invaginator in any colon angle will inevitably turn around on 180O. Functions of washing and emptying of large bowel one can see in the previous study, they do not require any changes.

Solutions which ensure transanal, non-operation (in other words – apodactyle or self-directed) colon intubation are found yet. Experimental implementation, research, selection, patenting, clinical investigation of self-directed intubator needs funding.
