Community Notices The school is happy to advertise some local events and business

ventures. However, we do not necessarily endorse them to you. It is the responsibility of individual parents/caregivers to ensure that they themselves are satisfied with all services offered before they involve

their children or themselves.

PBL NewsWelcome to PBL news. Thank you to all the parents who came to gathering last week and voted on our schools mascot’s name. I cannot wait to reveal the name for our amazing echidna to our community. Our PBL lessons will now start moving into specific areas of the school. We are currently in the process of developing our schools matrix. What is a matrix you ask? A matrix is a complex grid of expectations for all the areas of our school. It sets out what teachers will expect to see and hear around the school. It also claries what we expect our outside areas to feel like. Students will understand what the rewards and consequences will be in each specific area. Signage will be created and our mascot will become visible. Our signage to begin with will be temporary, as we will expect that things will need to be added and deleted along the way. It would be an understatement to say that I’m EXCITED!
