Daily Admission Prices

$4 adults (18 & older)

$3 children (ages 3-17)

$2 infants (2 and under)

LIFEGUARDS HAVE THE

AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE

ALL FACILITY AND POOL

RULES TO ENSURE

SAFETY FOR EVERYONE.

Guidelines

All persons entering facilities must pay admisson or hold a valid membership.

(Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.)

Pool will remain closed if forecasted air temperature does not reach 65° F.

No refunds will be given due to weather. Rai n Check will be given if present for less than

an hour and valid proof of receipt present.

Only Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices will be permitted.

Infants and non-toilet trained children are required to wear swim diapers. Standard diapers

are not permitted.

Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times in the pool. No cut offs or denim will be

permitted.

No food, drink, or tobacco will be allowed in other than specially designated and controlled

sections of the facilities. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facilities.

Pool will close at the discretion of the manager based on inclement weather, air

temperature, attendance, or unusual circumstances.

Conditions Of Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership entitles holder access to the Fort Myers Aquatics Center, The Fort

Myers Golfview Pool, and The S.T.A.R.S. Complex Pool.

Pool Memberships are intended for persons named on the membership

application.

Limit of two adults (18+) per family membership.

To qualify under the family membership dependent children must be under the

age of 18.

To qualify for a single membership a child must be 12 years of age or older.

~All pools are heated during the Fall/Winter Season~

~ All pools are also chilled during the Summer Season~

The City of Fort Myers Aquatics Center amenities include a zero entry

wading pool with child play feature, a 10 lane heated Junior Olympic lap pool,

shaded picnic areas, full concessions, locker rooms, a scoreboard and timing system!

Level One:

Children will learn the basic water safety skills and become comfortable in the water. Skills taught in this class include; blowing bubbles, back and front float, kicking and front crawl.

Level Two:

The goal is to increase the participant’s skill level by refining and emphasizing breathing techniques, freestyle and backstroke, and introducing the breast stroke.

Level Three:

This class designed for efficient swimmers looking to refine their free, back and breast strokes. The participants are also introduced to the butterfly and side strokes, flip turns, and diving blocks.

Level One is designed for ages 13 and older, who have not yet learned to swim or those who are Terrified Of Water (TOW). Level Two is designed for people who are able to swim but want to refine their stroke. Great for lap swimmers!

Taught by an Arthritis Foundation certified Instructor. Designed to keep joints moving, increase

range of motion, and preserve flexibility and strength. Ideal for those with fibromyalgia. Class takes place in

Golfview Summer Swim Club ! The Golfview Summer Swim Club offers convenience, peace of mind for parents, and

excitement and fun for children ages 6-12. Our camp runs Monday through Friday. Drop your

Must be able to:

1. Swim 300 Yards; Freestyle or Breast Stroke (Goggles may be used.)

2. A 2 minute tread, using only legs.

3. Timed Event 1 minute and 40 Seconds.

-Starting in the water, swim 20 yards. The Face can be in or out of the

water (goggles are not allowed.)

-Surface Dive, feet-first or head-first, to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to

-Return to surface and swim 20 yards on back, returning to the

starting point with both hand on the object. Our face should be at or

near the surface, can’t do this underwater.

-Exit the water without using a ladder or steps.

Swim Energy We are a new USA Swimming Team based at the STARS Complex Pool,

an 8-Lane 25 yard competition facility in Fort Myers, Florida.

Our swimming programs are for all levels of swimming ability, from

beginners to elite competitive swimmers, ages 5 years and older,

including high school age swimmers.

Our experienced USA Swimming certified coaches emphasize and teach

excellence in stroke and racing technique, conditioning and training.

We are a POSITIVE ENERGY swim team, teaching and promoting

swimmers, age group swimmers, elite swimmers, high school and college swimmers, as well as

masters programs.

Masters Program Great for adult tri-athletes, competitors, as well as fitness conditioning! Swim Florida mem-

Swim Florida S.E.A.L.S. Program The S.E.A.L.S program is a FREE week long program for children ages 4 to 10 that are currently

able to swim.

In the program, children will be introduced to; all swimming strokes, exercise, water safety, and

healthy lifestyle choices
