Fort Chaffee consists of 64,592 acres designed and maintained to support multiple battalions and larger task forces in training tactics and techniques, individual soldier skills, combined infantry doctrine, artillery and rocket live firings, engineer bridging operations, combined arms weapon system firings, fire-on-the-move operations and aerial gunnery. FCJMTC is located in the central portion of the western border of Arkansas near Fort Smith, Ark.
