webtier ( apptier where forms are located) take a backup of the
existing fmb and fmx file on the target. login with appl account.
Make sure the fmb is in the correct locaton. go to the directory
and give 775 permissions to the fmb file. before compiling the fmb
to generate make sure the user is same as the user and as the owner
of the rest of the fmb and fmx files compile the form from the
location where fmb file is located from appstier(node) . f60gen
apps/****** change the permissions of generated fmx file to 777 or
775 depending on the file permissions as of the rest of the files.
