“Paws” for Reflection When asked about their family traditions and how they keep Christ in Christmas….
My family keeps Christ in Christmas by taking a day off of our busy lives to make Christmas
cookies with my grandparents. When we bake together, we reminisce about all of our memories of
baking cookies the previous years when we were little. I’m thankful to have my healthy and lively
grandparents who are involved in my life. I thank God for blessing me with such a wonderful fami-
ly. I wouldn’t trade them for the world. K.E.
We keep Christ in Christmas by reading an Advent devotional every time we pray before supper in
Advent. I.B.
As a Christmas tradition, my family prays novenas nine days before Christmas. D.W.
Every Christmas we make cookies and it is the best. We cut the dough then decorate together and
have fun. My favorite tradition is being together with my family and playing games with my
cousins. Christmas time is a time to learn of our Savior’s birth. A.H.
For me, Christmas is a time I spend with family! M.G.

Mrs. Alexander is now adding an hour per day to her ‘part-time’ job at St. Mary’s School. This allows her to work with middle school students who need extra help in math, as well as any students who needs extra time or help in their other subjects. This has been a great addition to the middle school, especially when students miss lessons when they are absent or have to leave for an appointment.
Intramural basketball starts this Saturday!
See your email for the time.
