Forma automaticamente i cartoni di tipo americano ripiegandone le quattro falde inferiori. La struttura della macchina è costituita di lamiera d’acciaio piegata, imbullonata e verniciata. La macchina è gestita mediante logica elettronica dedicata, o PLC, con scheda EPROM e display LCD per interfaccia operatore. Azionamenti elettropneumatici. Protezioni antinfortunistiche in metacrilato trasparente con microinterruttori di sicurezza. La formatura del fondo viene effettuata nella più completa affidabilità grazie al perfetto sincronismo dei leverismi (movimenti) di chiusura. Una testa di presa con ventose, azionata da un gruppo Venturi, preleva la scatola dal magazzino laterale a gravità (opzionale motorizzato) trattenendola durante l’apertura che avviene mediante un sistema a contrasto. Dopo la formatura la scatola viene chiusa inferiormente con nastro adesivo con TAPE 50-B o con colla a caldo mediante TAPE 50-B-HM ed è così predisposta per l’invio ad una linea di riempimento delle scatole manuale o automatica. La
forma compatta permette un facile inserimento in linee già esistenti e consente l’ottimizzazione degli spazi utili.Forms the uniformed size American type boxes automatically and folds the four bottom flaps. The compact dimensions allow this machine to be installed in existing lines and optimize the working space.
