FORMATION IN DOMESTIC CHURCH
THE SOURCElat. Ordo initiationis christianae adultorum, OICA
Rite of Christian Initiation of AdultsThis document is the official teaching on the process of catechesis and initiation of adults into the Catholic Church written by the Congregation of Divine Worship in 1972.
Fr. Francis Blachnicki desired to create a formation program based on this document (RCIA), and very quickly was able to transform it into a fully functional, understandable way of life for lay people. One year after the release of the document, he led the first Domestic Church retreat.
