Lounge, Kerbside and Check-In Counters Silk Flower Tender

SAA requires delivery of silk flowers to SAA Domestic Lounges and Premium Check-in Counters. We require a product which is of high quality, durable and aesthetically pleasing.

Lounge Silk Flower Arrangements :

To provide silk flowers on a monthly basis to the following areas:

1. ORTIA Airport:

1.1 ORTIA Kerbside1.2 ORTIA Arrivals Lounge1.3 ORITA FC and JC International Lounge1.4 ORITA Domestic Lounge

2. Durban Domestic Lounge (King Shaka Airport)

3. Cape Town Domestic Lounge (Cape Town International Airport)

4. Port Elizabeth Domestic Lounge (Port Elizabeth Airport)

5. East London Domestic Lounge (East London Airport)

To provide silk flowers every two months to the following areas:6. ORTIA International and Domestic Business Class Lounge Platinum showers and toilets:

Note: Note the tender to include delivery to each Airport Ticket Sales Office and at ORTIA

all flowers delivered to the Kerbside Check In. Flowers to be changed monthly. rebate required for all exchanged flowers (50% rebates is required, however

this will be negotiated with the successful bidder) Allow for 2x damages and or breakages per airport per year.

Flower Specifications:

Single vases - from base to top of vase +- 60 cm, width +- from 15cm. Glass vases for single vases.

Orchid arrangement - width from +- 35cm

Flowers for Skytrax (usually required in October and November, dates to be confirmed)

1. ORTIA International and Domestic Lounge:

For a period of one month, actual dates will be confirmed to supply the following:1.1 Silk proteas in vases for the dining area in the FC lounge for the dining tables,

medium arrangements –quantity 201.2 Silk proteas in vases for all the showers and bathrooms, medium arrangements.-

2. On Board silk pin cushion arrangements:

2.1For a period of one month supply: 80 silk pin cushion protea’s with greenery (please refer visuals below), in

plastic holders for the Business Class aircraft lavatories. 40 pin silk cushion protea stems with greenery to place in onboard vases

- The plastic container to measure not more than 10 cm square.- Where noted “stems”: it should be a 1 stem flower with some greenery.- Please provide sign-off samples
