    Understanding what to wear in an organization is

    important for your impression and success.

    The first impression of a person can have a deep

    influence, if he is well dressed. If a person dress casually,

    then he may not be considered serious & dedicatedtowards his work.

    Men should wear a well-tailoredsuit in traditional colors such asnavy blue, charcoal gray orblack.

    stripe patterns, The shirt needsto be a long-sleeve and button-down, preferably in a solid colorsuch as white or a light blue.

    The tie can have a small printor color; however, its overall

    appearance should beconservative.

    Socks need to be a dark solid or a small

    pattern.Shoes need to be leather, and in a wing tip

    or loafer style.

    Dark polished shoes and matching belt.

    Jewelry No bracelets, earrings or largerings.

    Womens formals:-

    Women should wear a well-tailored suit in colors such asnavy blue, charcoal gray orblack.

    While more organizations maystill prefer that women wear adress suit, a pants suit is nowalso appropriate for the

    majority of settings.
