ELECTORAL FRAUD & VOTER SUPPRESSION BY INTENTIONALLY
DISTORTING RIGGING AND SLANTING THE NEWS IN FAVOR OF ITS

FOR MAYOR
Sinclair Broadcasting Group Inc., and other media outlets are engaged in electoral fraud and
manipulation and is intentionally distorting, rigging and slanting the news regarding Baltimore
City’s 2020 Election by employing a forfeited Maryland polling business to illegally interfere
with the process of an election, by attempting to increase the vote share of Candidate Thirudran
Vignarajah, thereby depressing the vote share of the rival candidates. The FCC states that
"rigging or slanting the news is a most heinous act against the public interest."
Sinclair Broadcasting Group Inc., and other media outlets are engaged in Voter suppression in a
deliberately malicious strategy that is used to influence the outcome of The Baltimore City 2020,
by employing a forfeited Maryland polling business ( known as GONZALES RESEARCH &

and or attempting to reduce the number of voters who might vote against Thirudran Vignarajah
and his proposition to employ Persistent Surveillance on behalf of Philanthropist John and Laura
Arnold of 2950 Lazy Lane, Houston, Texas 77019.

As of January17, 2020 Vignarajah is the only individual Sinclair has sold airtime to as a
Candidate, even, though Vignarajah has not officially filed as a candidate.
Sinclair Broadcasting Group conspired with Patrick E. Gonzales, of 116 Woodside Avenue,
Riva, MD 21140, and others to advance a fraudulent poll attempting to increase the vote share of
Candidate Thirudran Vignarajah, thereby discouraging and or attempting to reduce the number
of voters who might vote against Thirudran Vignarajah.
Kai Jackson and Mary Bubala moderated WBFF45 City in Crisis town hall Jan. 9, 2020, at Saint
Frances Academy, tied to a Vignarajah donor; Sinclair scheduled booked and broadcast “City in
Crisis Town Hall” Meetings, but did not invite all candidates, nor was the platform opens to all
candidates.
Sinclair did not reveal that its corporate officers have made $12,000.00 in donations to
Vignarajah.
Sinclair, its officers, and employees did not disclose to the public that it had paid Patrick E.
Gonzales for its poll before broadcasting that poll to the public in accordance with §§ 317 and
509(a) of the Communications Act
Sinclair Broadcasting violated the equal access provisions of Section 315(a) of the
Communications Act and Section 73.1941 of the Commission’s rules require that if a station
allows a legally qualified candidate for any public office to use its facilities (i.e., make a positive
identifiable appearance on the air for at least four seconds), it must give equal opportunities to all
other candidates for that office to also use the station. Equal opportunities apply to all
commercial and non-commercial stations, as well as all legally qualified candidates for public
office (federal, state, and local) throughout their campaigns.
