Tne funds of the trust shall not be aplied for any purpose other than the object of the

trusts stated in para 19 below.

The 'Trustees' co-opted i.e fourth 1-trustee namely Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Mishra shall

hold office only for two years and is liable for retirement. The 'Trustees' whose termof office expires atter the period of two years are eligible to be co-opted as 'Trustees'again by the 'Managing Trustee'. The 'Trustees' may resign from Trusteeship before

Thu Trustees shall be entitled to frame and from time to time alter, amend and add to

such rules and regulations for the purpose of carrying out the objects of the Trust

and for its proper administration as they think lit PROVIDED 1-10VVFVFR no

alternation. amendment of addition to such rules and regulation shall be made wept

at a meeting at which ail the trustees are present and with the consent of the majority

of the Trustees.

Should any of the property belong ng to the Trust Fund On auquwed by the Government

or any other public body or bodies the Trustees shall be entitled to withdraw the

compensation allowed in respect thereof and to invest the compensation money in

such manner as they shall think fit

The Trustees shall keep of cause to be kept proper books el account where n shall

bb kept an account of the Trust Fund receipts and disbursements and shall appoint

a Chartered Accountant to be the auditor of the Trust Fund and shall have the accounts

audited by the sad auditor once at least every year.

38. A trustee shall cease to be 41 trustee if he absent himself from the meeting of the

Trustees for more than 3-mvulings without sufficient wawa and in such case another

Trustee shall be appointed in his place by the 'Managing Trustee'.

or themselves and pay and discharge out of the trust fund or money in their hands all

expenses incurred in connection with the execution of the obtects of the Trust

according to the powers under these presents The trustee, wit not be however.

40. Rules may be framed for the proper administration of the trust, but such rules shall

NOW THIS DEED OF RECTIFICATION WITNESSED' AS UNDER t-

That on pane No. 6 of the above deed of declaration, of

"SITA DEVI FOUNDATION" Clause (sill and Clause (xviii) of

Article 19 shall stand deleted. The said Article 19 shall be

road without the said clauses.

On Page No. 18 of the above deed of declaration, of "SITA

DEVI FOUNDATION" after Article 70, the following Article,

i.e. Article 70 A shall stand incorporated :-

"70-A. DISSOLUTIQN & UTILISATION OF RESIDUAL FUNDS t-

Tho Trust "SITA DEVI FOUNDATION" shall be dissolved or wound

up through a special resolution of the "Board of Trustees"

by 3/5th majority. In any case the consent of Managing

Trustee is must.

If there shall remain after satisfactorily settling of all

debts & liabilities of the Trust residual fund, property or

immovable property, what-so-ever the same shall be

transferred to an establishment, association or institution

established for the benefits of the community and whose

objects are similar to that of this Trust and is registered

in India, as decided by the 'Board of Trustees" or shall be

divested with the novernment as the case may be.

In witness whereof the SETTLOR, have executed this

Rectification Deed at the place, day, month and year as first

above mentioned.
