The classic, hand pallet truck to transport goods on pallets (125 S-T/LT), capable of transporting heavy loads of 2.500 Kg. 120 T/B model available with integrated weighing and the possibility of printer installation.

The 110 S/HL model, pallet truck with electric lifting, can be used as a traditional pallet truck or to level goods for manual picking operations. The 800 mm light is activated using a button.

The vast range of electronic pallet trucks with low lift and operator accompanied can meet the broadest needs for light, medium and heavy horizontal movement.The structure is manufactured with a bent frame to reduce force caused by welding to a minimum and ensure maximum stability and optimum mechanical strength in all transport situations. The battery compartment, which is simply accessible by lifting the bonnet, simplifies daily and periodic operations for top-ups and controls.

Each drive shaft is easily reached to ensure productivity and precision and guarantee greater efficiency. The steering head, manufactured in ABS, with a steel core capable of absorbing strong knocks without deforming, fork lifting and descent but-tons on both sides and acoustic warning buttons are in a central and safe position to guarantee excellent positioning of the crush-prevention device.

Reliable and powerful traction motor with three-phase ac current, anti-roll back and anti-roll down devices, all the traction and electric braking parameters are electronically adjustable using a programming console.There are three braking systems in the entire range: braking with reverse direction, emergency braking and stationary braking with the drive shaft in the vertical position.

The range of operator accompanied or ride on operator forklifts was designed for vertical storage activities at medium heights with capacities from 1.000 to 2.000 kg. The OMG lifts are manufactured with a bent frame to reduce force caused by welding to a minimum and ensure maximum stability and optimum mechanical strength in all traction and transport situations.The battery compartment, which is easily accessible, simplifies daily and periodic operations for top-ups and controls of the battery. The OMG masts are manufactured using cold-drawn profiles to guarantee rigidity in torsion or bending. Available with simplex, duplex and triplex lifting with and without free lift, with lifting from 1.565 to 5.310 mm (standard) and higher on request. The powerful and silent lifting motors, 2 or 3 KW, are highly inductive and the torque supplied allows performance to be obtained with contained current absorption. The pumps are high efficiency and low noise.

The OMG lifts are equipped with electronic equipment with energy recovery releasing the direction and/or reverse direction.

ORDER PICKING TRUCK horizontal/vertical

The series of horizontal, low level OMG 620 ac order picking trucks is an ideal combination between productivity and technical performance. It is an indispensable work tool in warehouses with high volume of goods movement, where efficiency is measured based on fast and safe picking operations. Not only high level performance but also attention to the operator with minimum fatigue thanks to easy activation of the commands and maximum safety. Three versions are available: with a fixed platform (620 PF ac), with a lifting operator platform (620 PM ac) and with a fixed platform with lifting mast and FEM forks (620 PF-S ac).The OMG vertical order picking trucks are sub-divided into two large categories: low-medium level (601 - 602) with operator platform lifting from 1.200 to 2.900 mm, and a medium-high level (903 ac - 904 ac) with lifting of the platform from 3.500 to 9.000 mm, all particularly suitable for picking individual items from shelves.

Driver's area

The spacious cab (602 - 903 ac - 904 ac) was manufactured for operation in an erect position and dimensioned to ease all typical operator movements. All the commands are integrated in a multi-functional joystick with ergonomic activation with the right hand, while steering is activated using the left hand. Opening of the side gates also integrates opening upwards of the foot guards, to enable access and free descent from any obstacle. The courtesy lights in the cab ease pick reading, even in poorly lit aisles.

Additional fork lifting (with the exception of model 601 as an optional)

The small fork lifting mast, integrated as standard with the cab, is activated by buttons turned towards the load and managed by a specific hydraulic motor. By doing so, the load unit can always be positioned at an optimal working height and limit operator fatigue. The use of overhanging forks enables longitudinal and transversal grip of the containers or pallets directly off the ground.

SIDE LOADER

The OMG series with side loaders and reach trucks is an ideal solution to move loads on pallets, long and awkward loads. The OMG side loaders are suitable for use in all goods sectors with warehouses equipped with shelving for pallets, and cantilevered.

Lifts from 3.160 mm to 6.660 mm (standard). Hydraulic command power steering, adjustable steering wheel, multi-lingual display (Check Control). Proportional joysticks to control machine functions, micro-processor logic on lifting, and wheel drive and movement.

Studied to reduce corridors and storage spaces to a minimum since it can move sideways and front-ways thereby recovering up to 45% of the surface of the warehouse. The driver's seat is the outcome of a careful ergonomic study, positioned 45° to the longitudinal axis of the machine, enabling maximum visibility of all directions. FORKLIFT WITH FRONT FORKS

Ergos III 8-10 TA3 ac forklifts are equipped with two powerful, alternating current motors distinguished for the compact dimensions, for high level performance and handling. Ideal for working in tight spaces with a gyration radius under 1.200 mm and with a working lane under 3.000 mm; OMG front forklifts have an exclusive tilting system called T.O.S. as standard (Tilting OMG System) which guarantees a considerable increase in residual capacity since the forklift centre of gravity is not influenced by the mast tilting, a limiting factor for this products category.

The battery compartment, accessible by opening the side of the forklift, includes a side extraction system for the battery on rollers, as standard, easing its replacement for heavy use over multiple work shifts.
