    Anger management for AllAnger a basic emotion, that tends to swamp us when we feel we have been

    wronged and no one of us is spared by its wrath.

    Australian researchers found that anger is rooted with a mismatch between

    expectation and real-time happening. (eg driving home is usual but unknowing

    taking right turns your anger).

    This mismatch leads to cognitive dissonance experienced to anger. magneticresonance imaging (MRI) brain scans on being rudely reprimanded for not

    cooperating (as part of the experiment) showed increased activity in the anterior

    cingulate cortex.

    the frontal part of the brain seems to be a conflict detector, deeply involved when

    we weigh an unfair or unjust situation, especially in a social context. Additionally,

    increased activity in regions associated with memory, such as the hippocampus,suggested that faced with such a mismatch, they also search their memory banks for

    similar instances of insult.

    So why is it important to forgive?forgiving help you physically. Holding a anger has been

    proven unhealthy. It may cause health problems like cancer,hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases.

    forgiving with an eye emotionally makes healthy of you.

    Forgiving is good for your physical well-being, it is also helpful in

    keeping you sane and away from depression. Anger causesdepression, anxiety and other negative emotional thoughts and

    feelings.

    You can also ask and give for forgiveness for yourpeace of

    mind. Being angry at somebody else does not give you a peace of

    mind and will always give you a feeling of uneasiness. Asking for

    forgiveness and forgiving to those persons you have hurt or have

    hurt you will give you a sense of liberation and relief.

    forgiveness is for a better you. The major benefactor offorgiveness is not the person you had been but it is you. You forgivenot just because of the other person but because you want to free

    yourself from anger, guilt and other negative feelings. You are notthe one defeated here. You are actually making yourself a winneronce you forgive

    forgiving is also to renew a relationship. Finding people to befriends or partners with in this world is a tough job. It may bedifficult to find new people like the ones you have been angry with.Nurturing a relationship is tough and once that relationship isruined with misunderstandings or quarrels, it is a big waste.

    forgiving and ask for forgiveness can rebuild those broken

    relationships.

    It makes happier life ahead. Not forgetting the bad things thathave happened in the past and keeping anger in your heart againstthose persons that you have acted negatively on or have hurt you,will not make you a completely happy person .
