Collecting sticks for the fire

We all ran into the woods to find different sizes of sticksThen we had to sort them into piles.Then we layed the fire and lit it then we had a big blaze going!

Putting up the parachute

We had the task of putting up a parachute at forest school. It was the week Miss Stead came. We all had a go and we all had a second .But then Miss Stead through it up and did it. The week Miss Stead wasn't there we struggled!

String MakingString MakingAs we made the string it was raining but on the other hand we made it by:Getting thin strips of bark and plating it small. You need two people to do this activity. Mrs Chester showed us how to do it. Then Emma and I were the first ones to finish.

We made our mallet by getting a log and making a circle in the middle of it for the handle, then made the handle by getting another log and making a cylinder and putting it in the hole and our mallet was done!
