The Forest-Liné Macbormill HSC is designed to mill, drill, bore, and tap wide aircraft components up to 11 m in soft materials (aluminum, composite, fibers, plastics, and more), furthermore for semi-finishing and finishing operations on titanium and hard metals (moulds and dies, forging and more).
The Forest-Liné Macbormill HSC can be equipped with two in-house spindles to process extremely complex and wide parts.
The Forest-Liné Macbormill HSC, through its rigid construction of the mobile structure, allows a smooth movement, that guaranties both accuracies and an excellent surface finish of the machined parts, when operating at high feed rates and acceleration.
The wide range of versatile peripheral equipment and spindles provides high horsepower as well as high torque at lower RPM. In this way, an efficient and reliable machining of a numerous “soft and hard” materials on the same machine tool is supported.
