    Overview:The course will cover all aspects of defending a foreclosure trial. Drafting and amendingpleadings to properly frame your case, all pertinent evidentiary topics, effective direct, cross, andvoir dire examination, how to thoroughly prepare for trial, and all applicable statutory and caselaw will be covered. The first day will be a seminar addressing the above topics and more, in

    detail. Extensive materials including pleadings, discovery, applicable motions, trial prepchecklist, cross and voir dire outlines, copies of statutes and case law, and more will be provided.The second day will be comprised of NITA style mock examinations and role playing toeffectively examine a bank and/or servicer witness in a foreclosure trial. Buffet breakfast, lunchand afternoon snacks are included. Due to the nature of the NITA style mock examinationson day two, the seminar is limited to a maximum of 20 attendees.
