As soon as the charge was posted on October 17, 2012,1 called your office I did engage in the above transaction that I am now disputing, I have contacted the merchant, and I've returned the merchandise by refusing it at the US Post Office, Tracking codes 420 85616 9102 901001419174 1963 79 and 420 85616 9102 901001419174 6400 26 (two parcels) on October 23, 2012. This was an online purchase from https://forevercomfy.com/ on a Saturday Night after watching an Info Commercial on television. From their television advertising and web site I was expecting to pay $19.95 plus shipping and handling for two pillows but their web site is predatory as it does not give you an option to buy just one pillow but force you to buy 2 and pay the extra shipping and handling even though they list the unit as one. If you order two you get four. If you cancel before confirming the order and cancel and then go back in as a new order, they keep the information previous giving but not confirmed by the customer and send you six each set of two pillows has a shipping and handling charge of $19.90 or $9.95 per pillow. I tried to cancel it on line but their customer service message states that they are open only Monday through Friday and that it might take 24-48 hours before their database is update so the customer can see the status of the order online. They automatically advise to call back during their normal business hours, which I did first thing Monday morning but was told by the customer service representative that the order was already shipped and billed and there was nothing they could do about it. They advised me that I could return the extras at my own expense and they would refund the price of the pillows. I am so angry over then- predatory marketing practices, I believe I will write the Arizona Attorney General. This vendor should be blacklist from VISA. It is the only online site I have ever run across that doesn't ask for customer confirmation before placing the order. Craig Smith cell 520-249-4912

Enclosed is a copy of a letter I sent to Bank of America about a company known as Forever Comfy thatexplains the nature of my complaint. Also enclosed is a copy of the same complaint that I filed with theUnited States Postal Inspector on line.

These people are predatory marketers and should be shut down as they take advantage of the naivety ofthe elderly and the technophobic

I realize your office may not have jurisdiction but I remind you of a statement attributed to EdmundBurke (1729-1797). All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. With this ismind I have also posted this complaint on my personal blog with a PDF link of the letters I wrote thebank, the postal inspector, and your office to forewarn others.
