Many of you have been wondering about what stage the proceedings are at withthe CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE MEMBERS OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT AND AC-TIVISTS.

We have received numerous emails and faxes about the study on Evaluating the Success of Ontarios Cosmetics Pesticides Ban Prelimi-nary Results 20082009 Urban Stream Water Quality Study .

The study took168 samples from creeks in SouthWestern Ontar io , and is the reported proof the ban is working .

In looking at the report we have drawn a few conclusions

Grade 8 [ students ] have been robbed of their science fair[ project ]. The pesticides detected are the result ofILLEGAL applications ( asmany of the areas were under municipal bans ).

Municipal governments are NOT putting down the product cor-rectly, or are breaking the ban.

Homeowners are running out of supply.

If the study was conducted by the Minis try of the Env i ronment, there is an in-teresting statement we will be using on June 28 t h

THE MALICIOUS PROHIBITION

IN THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO

On April 22nd, 2008, the Province of On-tario INTRODUCED legislation for the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act 2008, aNEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUSPROHIBITION against cosmetic pesti-cides which has been DESTROYING theModern Professional Lawn Care Industry.

Ontario is a province located in eastcentral Canada, the largest by populationand second largest, after Quebec, in total

area. Additionally, Ontario is now a HA-VEN for radical EnvironmentalManiacAc-tivists, and provides a climate of EnviroTerror against the Green Space Industry.Moreover, because of the prohibition im-posed in many jurisdictions, Green Spacesare overrun by invasive weeds, andLOOK LIKE GARBAGE DUMPS !

Ontario is currently under a Liberal gov-ernment headed by Premier Dalton Mc-Guinty. The present government, firstelected in 2003, was reelected in2007.

It is affectionately called the McGuintyOntarioEnviroTerrorRegime.

There are serious issues with the OntarioMinister of the Environment, John Gerret-sen, who has been INDISCREET with hisCLOSE PUBLIC TIES with EnviroManiacActivists, raising the question about theradical interests of the subversive EnviroLobby taking precedence in the commu-nity. Gerretsens ministry is responsiblefor Ontarios NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, andMALICIOUS PROHIBITION of FEDERALLYLEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and TO-TALLY IRREPLACEABLE pest control prod-ucts.

The Ontario legislation implementing a cosmetic pesticides ban TOOK EFFECTon April 22nd, 2009.

The legislation generally prohibited thesale and use of pest control products forcosmetic ( i.e. nonessential ) pur-

poses excluding golf courses, somesports fields, specialty turf, forestry, andagriculture.

Prohibition led to HORRENDOUS CARNAGEin Ontario.

The rape and assault of the Green SpaceIndustry by the McGuintyOntarioEnviroTerrorRegime has continued to be end-less. It started with pest control products,and it continued with fertilizers. In 2010,the McGuintyOntarioEnviroTerrorRe-

gime imposed the Municipal Hazardous orSpecial Waste Program Plan ( M.H.S.W. )and Harmonized Sales Tax ( H.S.T. ).These fees and taxes further HARMED theGreen Space Industry.

NEEDLESS HYSTERIA


Overall, the idea that pest control prod-

ucts are causing irreversible health andenvironmental problems is little more thanNONSENSE and NEEDLESS HYSTERIA.

Nonetheless, the EnvironmentalManiacActivists have conspired towards NEED-LESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS prohi-bition of FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFI-CALLY SAFE, TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE,and ABSOLUTELY INDISPENSABLE pestcontrol products.

Prohibition has been DESTROYING theModern Professional Lawn Care Industry.

In 2009, the Ontario Professional Lawn

Care Industry lost over 300,000,000 DOL-LARS.

Based upon the observations of the earliercarnage in other jurisdictions, such asQuebec, the Ontario Professional LawnCare Industry will attain an ANNUALDOWNFALL of 500,000,000 DOLLARS.

By early summer 2009, Professional LawnCare customers were OBLITERATED BYATLEASTTWENTYFIVEPERCENT !
